Right of withdrawal and returns

As described in the law, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without providing a reason. Our User Terms states your rights and obligations as a User with regard to refunds and the right of withdrawal.

For Date Tokens, used for Dates we ask you to waive your right of withdrawal when paying. However, there are still other situations in which you have the right to withdraw from the contract. It has been determined by law that you may revoke the agreement by submitting this form to objections@breeze.social.

If you fill in the form above, please provide the following information so that we can assess whether you have a right of withdrawal:

Your name
Your email address and mobile phone number
Date and amount of payment
Description of the goods or service
If it concerns a date:
- Name of the other person
- Date the match was made

Important to know: making use of the right of withdrawal will in principle mean that we also dissolve other agreements, such as the User Terms, with which you can lose access to the application.
